Female Suspect attempted to steal a purse and cell phone from a shopping cart while the victim was nearby. The victim saw the suspect walk toward her, and realized the suspect had taken her items. The victim confronted the suspect and raised her voice drawing the attention of a store employee. The suspect gave back her purse and cell phone and fled the store. The suspect got into a White Jeep Grand Cherokee possibly between a 2001 and 2004 model year.
