Victim had pocketbook stolen out of her car. Witnesses state that an "army green" ford explorer with a white male driver and white female passenger pulled next to the vehicle. The female exited and smashed the window of the victim’s car and stole purse. Suspect vehicle is described to have a damaged, possibly hanging off, front bumper. Female is has blonde hair where a black hat. The video does not show a clear picture but the car is distinctive.
