On May 31, 2012 at 12:07 am, the male suspect entered a CVS in Waltham and subsequently handed the cashier a note demanding the money and that no one would get hurt. No threat of having a weapon was made. After getting cash the suspect fled the store.

Thanks to Brookline PD, Boston PD and several tips the suspect was identified and subsequently arrested by Boston PD.
