This person was observed on video hiding objects later determined to be 32 packets of heroin. He is a white male, shaved head with brown goatee, approximately 40 years old, 6'00" tall, 190 pounds., tattoo on right forearm and bicep.

Officers from several agencies have identified this suspect as David B. O'Regan, d.o.b. 03/11/1959. O'Regan, at last check, was in the custody of the Suffolk County Sheriff's Department awaiting trial in Suffolk Superior Court on an un-related drug case.
