Suspect walked into car detailing bays and made his way to the basement of the building while it was open for business. Suspect proceeded to spend approximately an hour and fifteen minutes looking in offices, checking the safe, and finally breaking into a storage area to steal sixty cartons of cigarettes. Suspect placed cartons in two large trash bags and walked out with them in hand. The suspect also did the same crime at the same location on 12/23/11.
