The person pictured asked a saleswoman at Sears in Hanover to look at a diamond ring. While looking at it, he swapped the ring with another that he had in his pocket. The ring he gave back to the saleswoman was a gold band stolen from another Sears with a fake diamond put in the setting, with Sears tags still on the band. He is described as being about 25 to 30 years old, medium build, about 6 feet tall. He was wearing a brown suede coat, a white pullover, a printed collared shirt, dungarees, tan workboots. He may have been working with two women, a white woman with brown hair, about 5'5" tall, and a black woman with a large build, about 5'9" tall. If you have any information about the identity of this person or where they are, please contact Det. John Owens of the Hanover Police Department at (781)826-2335.
