On August 9, 2012 at approximately 3:50 pm the Swansea Police received notification of a hold-up alarm at the Fall River Municipal Credit Union located at 755 GAR Hwy.

Upon officers arrival it was determined that that bank had been held up by a lone male. He was described as dark skinned male between the ages of 35 – 45, 5’8” to 5’9”, brown hair, mustache, medium build wearing a red shirt, black pants, blue baseball cap.

The suspect walked into the bank and passed the teller a note demanding money. He left on foot in a northerly direction with an undetermined amount of money.
