On 08/12/2012, 1:26 PM, a white male drove into the parking lot of Fuller’s Car Laundry, 68 Auburn Street, Auburn, Massachusetts in a maroon Chevrolet Suburban. The suspect walked over to the cash register, opened it and removed and stole the cash. The suspect fled in the vehicle toward the Interstate 290 on-ramp from Auburn Street.

The suspect is a white male, believed to be in his 40’s and he was sporting a salt & pepper goatee. The suspect has a thin build and he was wearing a XXXIX Super Bowl New England Patriots long Sleeve T-shirt, long camouflage shorts and a baseball hat with sunglasses on top of the visor. The suspect was also wearing would appeared to be Adidas sandals.

The suspect fled in an older model Chevrolet Suburban. In the right side of the back window, it appeared to be a sticker of an American flag and two smaller stickers were affixed to the back window on the left side. The investigating officers are Officer Michael Healy and Detective Eric Dyson. Please refer to Incident # 12-1009-OF.

The suspect has been positively identified to be John S. Foley, A.K.A. Scott Foley.
