Someone broke into two cars in Concord, stealing pocketbooks and check books. The pictured person cashed checks stolen from these breaks at the Fleet Branch in the Burlington Mall. He was described as a white male in his late twenties to early thirties close cropped dark hair, greying.

William F. MacKenzie, was arrested in Rhode Island on warrants from Concord, Weston and Westport. He was picked up as a fugitive by Concord Police has been arrainged in Concord and Waltham District Courts. Any department needing information can conctact the Concord Police Deptectives @978-318-3400
