Fled to awaiting car NH Reg 3330630 occupied x3 (2 males - 1 female) and registered to Franklin Frias out of Salem, NH & born 1964. Possible that suspect is known to Frias if anyone is familiar with Frias family or accomplices.

Suspect identified as Noel Shannon 09-01-70 LKA 22 Mystic Ave Methuen -** Warrants issued** - Frequents Lawrence, Methuen, Haverhill, Dracut & Salem, NH area. Franklin Frias identified as accomplice
