Female is seen walking around the supermarket with a large bag over right shoulder. She is also filling a hand basket with other items. While "shopping" she fills the bag with baby formula. Female proceeds to leave store without paying. When approached by loss prevention she handed over bag, apologizes and fled the scene on foot. She was also making a call while she fled. Possibly for a pick up down the street.

Suspect ID'd as being Maria Ortiz and is being charged.
