Male suspect entered the back door of Citizens Bank after stepping off a woman's bicycle. He hopped over the counter and demanded that the tellers open the drawers. He then took all of the cash out himself including two dye packs which went off outside. He continually said "sorry" as he took the cash. He left through the rear door leaving the bicycle and hopped a fence into adjacent parking lot possibly to a waiting vehicle. Suspect was wearing a hoodie, scarf, aviator glasses, and clear plastic gloves.
