On August 15, 2012 at approximately 7:35 pm, a male and female subject approached the Great Bay Shell, in Newfields, NH, from the south on Route 108. As they approached the male subject, wearing black pants, black long sleeved shirt and a red and white hat, headed toward the side door. The female subject, wearing blue jeans and a black shirt, entered through the front door.

The male subject remained outside, talking on his phone for approximately five minutes. The female subject entered through the front door and walked over toward the refrigerators. She continued to open and close some of the refrigerator doors and look around. She continued to look back toward the cashier in between opening and closing the refrigerator doors. At approximately 7:42 pm, the female subject walked over to the cashier and asked her if she could help her get her credit card which she dropped in the refrigerator.

As soon as the cashier left the register area, the male subject entered through the side door and immediately went behind the counter and grabbed the drop box full of cash. He immediately turned and walked out the side door and then continued to walk past the front of the store. He then left on foot toward Newmarket on Route 108.

The female subject then attempted to buy a few items at the cash register with three different credit cards. All of the cards were declined. The female then decided she no longer wanted to make the purchase and left the store on foot toward Newmarket on Route 108.
