On Tuesday September 25, 2012 the victim's Visa debit card was fraudulently used at Citizen’s Bank on Avenue De Lafayette in Boston and day later was subsequently used at a Shaw’s Supermarket in Weymouth. The depicted suspect used a counterfeit credit card with the victim’s information. Prior to the incident the victim noticed strange mail coming to their residents.
