Lt. Kaufman of the Sharon Police Department repors that Detective Tom Kirrane of the Foxborough Police Department recognized Mr. Kane from his photo on the web site and he and his father have been arrested for the bank robbery.

The pictured bank robber used a gun to rob a bank in Sharon at about 6:30 PM on Tuesday October 21, 2003. The photo of the motor vehicle is from an external camera at Shaws and may be the vehicle used by the suspect. Detective Leavitt of Sharon would be interested in any information about the type of hat the suspect is wearing in addition to anyone who is familiar with this bank robber.
