On 11/23/12 at approx. 12:35hrs, two well-dressed black males in their late twenties came into Walgreens and purchased eight Visa gift cards worth $4000. One suspect swiped eleven different cards trying to make the purchase. Store manager was alerted and she checked passport produced as ID of the suspect. That passport had the same name as the credit card shown. Days later Walgreens was notified by victim in Virginia who had been alerted by her bank of fraudulent transaction. Victim never lost custody of her card.

Witness stated that the black male pictured in the surveillance without the hat on had a scar on his forehead from the hair line towards his left eye. Anybody who had similar thefts or could ID suspects contact Off Harkins or Det. Brown of the Norwood Police.
