On March 31, 2012 the suspect in the picture opened an account at Target in the victim’s name, victim resides in New Jersey. Immediately after opening the account the suspect spent $700 (3/$200 and 1/$100 Gift Cards). After exiting Target suspect walked away from the parking lot in front of the store and appears to have met up with another suspect in the vehicle pictured below. Shortly thereafter the suspect exited the vehicle and walks out of the camera field of view, in the direction of Best Buy. The vehicle drove in that general direction shortly after the suspect exited it. It appears suspect has some familiarity with the location of the cameras at this location.
