This suspect stole a purse out of a 80 y/o woman's shopping cart while she was inside Wal-Mart located at the the Hanover Mall. Suspect proceeds to use victims debit card to get cash from ATMs in Hanover and Pembroke. Purse contained victims wallet, cell phone, car keys, ext.
