The Stoughton Police Department is looking for Alvin Franklin. There is a warrant is WMS (1382CR000436) for his arrest for failing to appear as a witness in a criminal case.

Alvin failed to show up to testify in front of the grand jury investigating the non-fatal shooting that occurred here in Stoughton at the Lodge on Technology Center Drive on July 16, 2012.

Alvin is a black male, approximately 5'08", 215 lbs, bald, with a stalky build. Address on license is in Mattapan. Address on BOP and last used with probation was in Dorchester.

We have been to both addresses in the past looking for him and all residents say he didn't live at the locations. If he is arrested I ask that SPD be contacted and we will pick up.
