Female suspect entered CVS Hudson, removed a box of MetRX bars from shelf, opening the box. She then proceeds to the register where she asks to return without a receipt saying the bars have maggots in them. She then received a full refund of approximately 135.00. She left the store and entered a small Chevy S10 pick-up 2 door color brown driven by a male party in black who was in the store.

Suspect has been taken into custody.
