Male party entered CVS Pharmacy and proceeded to the fragrance section and attempted to open the locked display case. Unsuccessful the male party proceeded to the electric razor display and used a device to deactivate the locking mechanism. Male party was observed leaving the store with several items hidden in his jacket. When approached by employees male party fled the store on foot. No vehicle seen. Male party described as a white male mid to late 20's, approx. 6'0" tall, dark hair with unshaven face, wearing a black leather jacket, blue jeans, and black shoes.
