Mr. Francis, 25, of Wilmington, has turned himself in after a warrant had been issued for his arrest.

Asked sales clerk to show him a 1 1/2 carat diamond ring. Once in his hand, he fled the store to a waiting stolen Jeep Cherokee. MO is similar to a recent theft in Framingham. He appears to be a white male, mid to late 20's, medium height, medium build, short dark hair, acne pockmarked complexion. The third photo is beleived to be an accomplice. He distracted sales people and got in the way when the first subject was making his escape.
