Mr. Holmes was arrested by the Foxboro Police just after another armed robbery and he has been charged in this case.

Suspect entered gas station and showed a black semi-auto pistol and demanded money from attendant. Taken was over $800.00. Suspect told attendant not to call police. Last seen heading south on Providence Highway in a newer model, dark colored vehicle, fog lights and wheels with five spokes. He is described as a white male, about 5'10"-6', thin build, drawn face with large nose. He wore a dark colored winter snorkle type 3/4 length jacket with fur trimmed hood, light colored pants and white sneakers or shoes.
