These two females asked questions about purchasing baby formula using WIC benefits. Once they obtained cases of formula, one woman distracted the clerk and the second left the store without paying for the formula. During conversation with the clerk they asked for and obtained employment applications and asked about other WIC items such as diapers.

Suspect 1 (9896) has been identified as Jessica Kottori age-31. Suspect 2 (9897) has been identified as Alexandria Cox age-21. They have been very active in the Worcester area, specializing in formula theft.
