The w/m wearing the red shirt visited Julio's Liquors at least 3 times on July 27, 2013. On each occasion the subject was acting suspicious when in the aisle where the expensive scotch is displayed. The subject was observed taking the bottles out of their boxes and returning the bottle back to the shelf out of it's box. On one visit the subject is seen concealing 4 bottles of scotch in a bag and leaving the store without paying for it.

Subject is believed to have been driving a gray Mercury Villager van. Van did not have registration plates on it while in the parking lot. Value of loss at this time is in excess of $1500.00.
