An altercation took place at the Tammy Brook Apartment Complex on King Avenue. The suspect in the picture wearing the dark colored hat, white shirt, and blue jeans pistol whipped a victim with the butt of hand gun. The suspect also pointed the firearm at bystanders in the area.
