On July 7, 2013 between 1:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m., an unlocked motor vehicle was entered at the parking lot of the town beach and a pocket book was stolen.

The victim reported that on July 22 her Starbucks card was used at the Hingham store located at 1 Derby Street. On July 24 her Starbucks card was used at the Quincy store loacted at 1245 Hancock Street.

Attached is an image of a white male wearing a t-shirt and baseball cap using what appears to be a card as payment for items purchased at the times provided by the victim. I am looking for assistance in identifying the male.
