On Monday August 19, 2013 at 14:42 hours the South Coastal Bank, Union Street, Rockland was robbed. The suspect is described as a white male, 5'8-5'9, 185 pounds, short hair, blue eyes and a scar or mark under his right eye. Suspect was wearing white sneakers, white cargo shorts, a black V-neck short sleeve T shirt and black Scally cap. Suspect handed a note to the teller and said "go quickly".

Thomas Keeley dob 02/08/1989 was arrested on 08/20/2013 by the Randolph PD after Quincy PD obtained a warrant for his arrest in connection with the 08/14/2013 bank robbery at the Rockland Trust in Quincy. During an interview with Quincy PD and Rockland PD detectives he confessed to the 08/19/2013 robbery of the South Coastal Bank in Rockland.
