Monday 09-23-13 at 1515hrs our Eastern Bank, Main St. (Rt.38) was robbed by an unarmed note passer.

The suspect was observed wearing a red/maroon hooded sweatshirt with a large triangular Addidas insignia and the Addidas name printed in block letters bellow the insignia. Suspect was wearing a white baseball hat, a turtleneck/neck warmer item completely concealing his neck, Blue Jeans, hiking/work boot style shoes grey/brown with black soles and latex style white gloves.

Suspect described as being approx.5'-8" and 180-200lbs, photos suggest closer to 200lbs w/ brown hair, appeared to be clean shaven, hat brim was pulled down tight on his head covering the top portion of his face.

Suspect entered and walked directly to the nearest teller and presented a note that remained in his hands at all times, which was a written on a small piece of paper that was described as being torn and scrappy. Suspect verbally repeated the command "NO DYE" numerous times.

Suspect was observed fleeing around the side of the building from which he was first seen and then observed in the rear of the building running to an adjacent parking lot where it is believed he fled the scene in a m/v.
