White male, 5'3" to 5'5" tall, thin build showed a hand written note to the bank teller without saying anything to her. A large amount of money was given to the male who left the bank on foot in an unknown direction. (According to the teller, the male had very deep sunken dark-colored eyes and had heavy pits-acne on his face). (This was not released to local media outlets and in the photo the pits/acne are not viewable).
