On January 17th, during the evening hours, a female victim reported that while inside a local East Bridgewater gym, Club Ex, #649 Oak Street, her vehicle was forcibly entered. Stolen from her vehicle was her purse and belongings, including debit and credit cards. One of the cards was used on January 17th at a Brockton Tedeschi’s (Crescent Street) and the Abington Walmart.

A male and female suspect can be seen on video entering Walmart. The male appears to be in his 30’s, possibly Hispanic with a full, thin beard, wearing a black jacket with red insignia on his jacket, left breast side. The female, appears to be a Hispanic female, 20-30’s, stocky build with her pulled back up in bun. The male suspect purchased a Trac phone card, X Box One game system and an X Box One game. Suspects left in a black 4 door vehicle, possibly a Nissan, possibly an Altima.

Whitman Police reported similar car breaks on the same night at the old Skate Town (Carousel Skate), located at #1055 Auburn Street, a short distance away from Club Ex. A matching male suspect and similar vehicle were seen that same night in the Carousel Skate parking lot, with the male using a flashlight to look through all the vehicles in the lot. One of the Whitman vehicles was forcibly entered, with the suspect smashing the window glass in order to make entry.

The female described in the gym theft and credit card fraud case has been identified and interviewed. Investigators have determined that she is not a suspect in this case and is not associated to the male suspect previously described (with photos)
