On February 4, 2014 at approximately 1800 hours a white male suspect exited the Wal-Mart Garden center in Abington. This individual is seen carrying four Wal-Mart shopping bags with items from the automotive section; no purchase was made in the store. Outside he was observed on a white colored bicycle and traveled to a remote area of the parking lot. In this area a motor vehicle had been parked for quite some time. This suspect then started a fire in the rear of the motor vehicle. Once the vehicle was engulfed in flames this suspect fled the area traveling east towards the center on Brockton Avenue. The suspect is described as a white male, medium build, wearing white sneakers, blue jeans, black jacket, and grey hoodie. Suspect has dark black hair and facial hair on chin.

Due to a tip received from MMW, the subject was identified. Formal charges were made in this matter. Thank you,
