Suspect was in a local gift shop acting suspicious and appeared to be shoplifting. When store clerks went over to see what he was doing they observed the suspect to have an erect penis and he appeared to be masturbating. Suspect did not appear to be upset that he was caught. Suspect fled the store down a side street and possibly getting into a dark colored Volkswagon Jetta with bluish-white plates which could be Connecticut.

He was described as a white male, approx. 35 yrs old, 6 feet tall, 180-200 lbs., dark brown spiked/gelled hair, wearing a bulky red jacket and blue wind pants with yellow lettering "navy" down the side.
