Robert Ross Reinhart 01-12-61 is wanted for financial crimes/scams using fake businesses and confusion tactics to get un-suspecting victims to "invest money". There are several victims in Mass and ME and so far the amounts are over $150,000 just in the Wilmington case.

Reinhart is believed to be in the Portsmouth area at local hotel/motels and operating an unknown rental vehicle. There are local and NCIC Warrants for Reinhart at this time.
