On Wednesday 2/19 a black male wearing a red sleeveless jacket entered Rt. 106 Liquors in Mansfield. The male attempted to make a purchase of $159.98 on a credit card. The male handed the cashier a license that had the same name on it as the credit card (Timothy Trim). The card was run but the numbers on the receipt did not match. The cashier recognized this as a fraudulent card and did not hand over the merchandise. Suspect left store after it was suggested the police be called to handle the matter. Another male entered the store at the same time and may be involved. A witness stated he knows Trim from Hyde Park HS from around 2008-2009. Witness states Timothy is Trim's nickname, he does not know actual first name.
