On 4/12/2014 at or around 8:45PM a Macy's (LP) Officer observed two African American females select clothing (dresses) valued at over $250.00 and handed them off to a white male. The (LP) officer chased the white male on foot and observed him get into a blue Chevrolet bearing MA Reg. 519-EAO that was occupied by the two females. The registration 519EA0 is expired with no vehicle information.

We are seeking to utilize the attached photographs for identification purposes.
