The Rhode Island State Police Gaming Enforcement Unit is attempting to identify a suspect who committed a larceny from a person while at the Twin River Casino in Lincoln, R.I.

While in the casino, an elderly female patron had a video lottery terminal voucher taken from her hand by an unknown male suspect.

The suspect is described as a black male, in his 20's, wearing a white t-shirt, dark pants, blue baseball cap, and red sneakers. The suspect fled on foot towards the North parking lot to a waiting vehicle.

The suspect was accompanied by 2nd black male, in his 20's, wearing a grey tank-top with "California" across the front, tan shorts, and white sneakers.

Both subjects fled after the larceny.

The vehicle used was a 1996-1999 Infiniti I30 with unknown Massachusetts registration

Subject was identified as Wayne R. McKinney, age 18, of Providence, RI. Subject was apprehended on August 21, 2014 by members of the RI State Police Gaming Enforcement Unit. McKinney was charged with one (1) count of Larceny from Person Over Age 65. The second subject was identified as Kionno Nelson, age 17, of West Warwick, RI. Investigation revealed that Nelson had no criminal involvement and was not charged.
