Unknown individual has used several stolen identities (victims are out of state) to open bank accounts. He deposits stolen convenience checks and withdraws the funds causing substantial losses. Accounts have Lynn addresses but transactions are being performed in Malden, Revere and South Boston. Utility accounts have also been opened using the victim's information.
