The Webster Police Department is currently investigating the discovery of a body which was found approximately 1.5 miles into the woods behind the 200 Sportsman Club, located on Sutton Rd. in Webster Ma. A hunter discovered the body on Wednesday December 31, 2003 at about 2:00 pm. The body is a white male approximately 55 to 65 years of age, about 5'8" to 5' 10" tall, and weighed between 180 and 200 lbs. He was bald on top, with brownish hair turning gray on the sides. He appeared to be clean-shaven and had no facial hair, no tattoos, and no scars.

The male was wearing a thermal shirt, under a brownish flannel shirt, which was covered by a blue hooded sweatshirt. He was also wearing a red knit type winter hat, light blue dress type pants, with a brown leather belt, which were worn under a pair of dark gray sweat pants. He was wearing dark colored dress socks, and a pair of brown leather (dock sider style) boat shoes. These shoes are the most distinguishing characteristic that we have found thus far, they are not the type of shoe one would expect someone walking in the woods to be wearing.
