Greenfield PD is handling a robbery of our Peoples United bank on Aug. 8th, 2014 at approx. 11:20am, The suspect is described from video as: White male (light skin), 40 to 50 year old, heavy set, approx. 5'10 to 6'0", short hair, (possibly right handed), wearing sunglasses, a white baseball cap, blue w/ black + stripes button up short sleeve shirt,t-shirt under the button up shirt, brown or darker khaki shorts, white ankle high socks, white sneakers w/stripe on outside, carrying a gray case, which the money was put in. No known vehicle.
