On Thursday, January 22, 2004 subject entered the CVS on Grove St. in Braintree, approached the pharmacy attendant and demanded all the oxycontin and percocets that they had. He further stated not to press any buttons or do anything that would cause him to hurt her. No weapon was shown, but his right hand was inside the left side of his jacket, giving the appearance that he had a weapon.
