Suspect entered store acting erratic, walking from counter to counter inquiring about jewelry, specifically rings. He would distract the clerk with conversation and moving to different display cases. When she would look away, he placed rings in his pocket. Subject indicated he would return to purchase items and left the area. Short time later, the clerk noticed several high value jewelry items missing.

The East Greenwich Police Department report the capture of the suspect in this case.
