On Sunday 9/28/14 the victim was having lunch at Cosi located at the Mansfield Crossing shopping plaza. The victim had her wallet stolen out of her purse. When the victim realized the wallet was stolen she contacted her credit card companies (Mastercard and AMEX). While on the phone with the companies the victim was told the cards were just used at the Target store in Plainville Ma. Several transactions were accepted and several were declined.
