A white male, early 20's medium build, dark hair, clean shaven, wearing glasses, a royal blue puffy jacket, walked up to the teller at the Citizens bank located inside the Super Stop and Shop, 700 Pleasant Street, Watertown, and passed a note to the teller stating this was a robbery.
