On December 10th 4 individuals went into Regal Cinemas in Bellingham. The female with dyed red/pink hair stole (5) I-pods from the service desk and pried the cash register. Female is described as heavy set with dyed red/pink hair with multiple tattoo's on her arms back and shoulders. Associates of suspect are not wanted.

Female suspect has been identified and captured. Celina O'Connor Male accomplice also identified and captured.
