On January 16, 2015 a Burlington resident reported his Citizen Bank credit card was being fraudulently used at the Stop & Shop located at 501 Rodman Street, Fall River. There were six charges that amounted to $413.77, and two other times were declined. The victim still has possession of the CC.

The female is described as a white female with long blond hair and approximately 5 feet tall. In every instance she wears a black jacket, black pants, black shoes, and she walks into the store with a pair of black sunglasses. She is operating a black sedan, unknown make or model.

Every transaction would consist of at least three gift cards with $50.00 values, and miscellaneous grocery items.
