While waiting in hotel lobby the suspect saw an unattended purse on the lower shelf of the registration desk. Suspect moved to area of purse and stood in such a way as to block the view of the purse from other patrons. Suspect asked the hotel receptionist a question and then proceeded to leave the hotel with the purse concealed in her jacket.
