Note was passed: GIVE ME 20s,50s,100s NO DYE PACS, NO GPS, NO ALAM. Indicated he had a firearm by keeping hand under sweatshirt, and pointing through sweatshirt.

Described as white male, believed to be in his late 30's/early 40's, no more than 6' tall, clean shaven but looked like a homeless person. He was wearing a red hoodie pulled over a baseball hat with only a tan brim showing, black sunglasses, gray baggy sweatpants and tan work boots. He appeared to have no top teeth, causing his top lip to curl under, giving the appearance of no upper lip. He is missing some bottom teeth as well. Fled on foot.
