On July 9, 2015 at approximately 1010 hours, Waltham Police were dispatched to 1290 Main St, Rockland Trust Bank, for a robbery in progress. A male entered the bank and handed the teller a note on a 8.5" x 11" piece of paper. The note read something to the effect of: This is a robbery, give me the money, no dye packs or alarm. Do as I say and nobody will get hurt. When you finish put your hands by your side. teller reported he gave the suspect cash and when he was done the suspect asked "do you have a second drawer?" Teller answered "yes" and gave the suspect cash from the second drawer too. The suspect took the note back and casually exited the bank. The suspect is described as a light skinned white male, 40-60 years old, with a white beard and black mustache. The suspect was wearing a baseball style hat, sunglasses, jeans, white latex style gloves and a sweatshirt with a subdued plaid pattern.
