On 8/7/15, an unidentified black female had used a card encoded with the victim's information to purchase stored value card(s) at the Stop and Shop store located at 19 Temple Street, Framingham, MA. The female is in her 20's, thin built and wearing a pair of jeans and a grey hooded sweatshirt with the word LOVE on at least one of the two sleeves. Same was related in several other stores in communities along Rt. 9
